Add salt (1/2 cup per gallon of vinegar to kill the roots. A tablespoon of dishwashing liquid will help it cling to the leaves of the weeds.
Great, thanks for the tip Liz!
I am curious about the long term effects of salt buildup. The addition of salt moves this towards a ground clearing spray. Although great for driveways I wonder if the vinegar and dish soap formula would be safe for garden use.
